If you only like some music because it fits into certain pre-assigned "cool" categories, then you don't really appreciate music and it's your own loss really. The Deftones have never "posed" as anything or fit into any assigned genre. They've freely allowed their sound to progress organically, for better or for worse, and they've always been true to the music.

I love the Deftones. Around the Fur was their masterpiece IMO. I like their new stuff too but it lacks the old intensity... and Chino really needs to get on a treadmill. Sorry to have to say that, but I'm saying it out of love!

The deftones are one of the best bands around. Adrenaline & Around the Fur are their best albums. One thing about the deftones is, they are unique they aren't ripping anyone off like these other bandwagon bitch bands. I may not really like the direction in which they're headed but the deftones are one of my favorite bands regardless.

I'm a deftones fan but if they wanted a heavy single, they should have used "rapture". this song sucks. And Chino's getting fatter every year, it's just scary. I've seen the Deftones live 4 times and the last one i saw (2006) was by far the wickest.

I can't believe that they choose this crappy song for 2nd single... I mean c'mon. Kimdracula, for instance, is way more representative and way more Deftones style song. This piece of shit song shouldn't even be on the album. Also the sound production is total shit, check out the vocals at the beginning... What happened with this band?? God!

The song is lacks pegrsonality, it`s boring though it has a flow that could have been ok if the song was made with more thought. The video and the song dont fit together at all. The video would have required a edgier song and the song a more calm video. It`s bad, it could have been much better :/ I like that nintendo code song the best from this latest album - but if this is how deftones is going to be, then I guess I have some nice memories from ATF and WP times...
